Because our products are primarily designed for small children, whose health and safety are our top priorities, we do not accept returns except under the specific circumstances outlined below.

Once an item leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee its exposure to contaminants or potential allergens, so we are unable to accept returns for this reason.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must contact us within three (5) days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

If a return is approved, the item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Once a return label is issued, you will have seven (7) days to return the item. After this period, the return will no longer be valid. We cannot accept returns once the tags have been removed.

Once an item has been shipped or handed off to your customer, you accept the package as is.
